I can only imagine What it will be like When I walk by your side I can only imagine What my eyes will see When Your face is before me Word of God speak Would You pour down like rain Washing my eyes to see Your majesty I can only imagine I'm finding myselves at a loss for words And the funny thing is it's okay Last thing I need is to be heard But to hear what You would say Surrounded by Your glory What will my heart feel Will I dance for You Jesus Or in awe of You be still? And now that You're in this place Please let me stay and rest In Your holiness Will I stand in Your presence Or to my knees will I fall? Will I sing hallelujah? Will I be able to speak at all? I can only imagine, yeah I can only imagine I know You're able and I know You can Save through the fire with Your mighty hand But even if You don't My hope is You alone I know the sorrow, and I know the hurt Would all go away if You'd just say the word But even if You don't (Word of God speak) My hope is You alone I can only imagine When all I would do Is forever, forever worship You I can only imagine
