In a distant land there once lived a wonderful soul
And she decided to walk the earth

The flowers smiled and all the animals raised their heads to hear
And as she floated over the fields of green she left behind a trail of light
And the dust underneath her feet turned to gold
And as her heart was leading the way
All that could see would follow and all that could hear would listen
And the earth, the sun and the stars cherished her
As she cherished the sun, the earth and the stars
And what she touched would blossom
Who she loved was healed
For she knew all is one and one is all
Shadows would run from her gaze
Pain would melt with her touch
And a single word would lift the veil of sorrow
One thought from her blessed spirit would move a million mountains
And one breath from her blessed heart would call the rain to the desert
And soothe a raging fire
And all the children would love her
Because she knew what made them happy
And what made their hearts sing
And so they were following
And all the foxes were following
All the elephants were following
And all the ants and beetles
Bears and birds
Rabbits and deer
Bulls and butterflies
And they would follow her
Follow her into the distant land of love
And all the children would laugh and dance

And then one child would start to sing
Because it was really really happy
And it would sing
